Hillel oversees all of Lexington’s internal and financial operations. With prior experience as a COO and a decade of experience in real estate, Hillel is distinguished by his excellent leadership and communication skills. Driven and goal-oriented, Hillel masterfully juggles a myriad of projects and sees them to completion.
Bery manages new leases, specializing in Section 8 tenants. He has close to a decade of real estate experience and is known for his energy, speed, and straightforward manner – and most impressive, his ability to please everyone at once.
Shraga serves as the go-to for tenants with requests or complaints. He personally invests himself in each property and handles all requests, repairs, and maintenance matters in an expeditious, efficient fashion.
